Beginning with George Tiemann's 1834 scarificator, Dodd's cupping device of 1844, Jacob Gemrig's spring lancet and Tiemann's unique long handled scarificator, both of 1846. A variety of artificial leeches are included, as well as James Gordon's two patents of 1857 for both a spring action vaccinator and a spring lancet. Even several electrical treatment attachments for cupping devices and a breast/penis enlarger round out this fascinating assortment of instruments. Many of the patents represent items known today and much sought after by collectors.
