Hand Power on Stand
The 15" flywheel has a groove for a round belt. 53" high on 3 leg stand. A stationary handle on one side is used to steady the power while cranking with the other hand. One of the six spokes is cracked.
The intended purpose would have been for powering some light duty device or, perhaps, belting to a bobbin winder? The drive pulley is too light to have any significant flywheel effect.
