A large twin screw iron cigar press. The press opens to 15 1/2 inches to simultaneously press up to 6 molds at once. Each screw is fitted with a 4 1/2” dia. pad with a bearing surface which allows the screws to turn freely under pressure. The press will accept molds up to 14 1/4” long. The heavy press rests on wrought iron legs with nicely rolled feet. It was found in Lancaster county, PA. Good working condition. The cigar mold in the photo is not included.
