The charger has a footprint of 13 1/2" x 17" and can be bench top or wall mounted. The large vacuum tube has a mogul light bulb base. Two wires entering one side are likely for 110 ac power and three wires enter another side. A ten position potentiometer, ammeter, momentary push button switch, rotary on/off switch, double fuse holder, and tube socket are mounted on the top. I've no idea if this would work if rewired, but it makes an interesting wall display.
