The Victor scroll saw

The largest of the Seneca Falls scroll saws, this example was originally foot powered and has been converted to belt power. The saw has a 24" throat. The 15" diameter table is 38 1/2" high. Both pulleys used to convert to line shaft power are of appropriate age. The flat belt pulley is 1 3/4" wide and 8" in diameter. The 24" diameter cast iron base is marked "VICTOR, Seneca Falls Mfg Co., Seneca Falls, N.Y." The saw is in good working order. Green paint on the column and base is an old repaint. The grey seems to be original. This beautiful machine is just begging for a paint job.

the ball and socket pivoting table mount.
The 8" flat belt pulley is 1 3/4" wide. The shaft is 3/4" and a V pulley can be used if preferred.
A user made brace for the hold down foot. I first removed this because it isn't original, but found that it is quite useful to precisely adjust the guide left to right. Note that its adjustment knob is original Seneca Falls.
My original steam version Victor(for comparison) uses different castings and lacks the column and base of this example.
A flywheel provided by the previous owner. This has been removed because it is warped and rubs the belt. Flywheels were not used on the Seneca Falls steam versions. The original foot power flywheel on this machine would have had a peripheral groove for the V belt. This appears to be off a corn cracker or similar hand powered machine.
